Mrs. Ellen Lethe
Administrator and Teacher
Mrs. Lethe has experience in Elementary, Middle School, and Special Education. Mrs. Lethe received her B.S. in Education Curriculum & Instruction from Texas A&M University. She received her Masters in Education from the University of North Texas in Education Administration with Instructional Leadership Certification.
Beginning her career in public education, Mrs. Lethe has experience in Elementary, Middle School, and Special Education. Before coming to Yorktown, Mrs. Lethe worked part-time as the Assistant Director of Children's Ministry at Christ United Methodist Church.
Her experience includes developing and presenting curriculum, and tailoring instruction to student's individualized learning styles as well as including students with special needs in the regular classroom setting. Mrs. Lethe also has extensive experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum disorders. Mrs. Lethe received her B.S. in Education Curriculum & Instruction from Texas A&M University where she specialized in reading instruction. She received her Masters in Education from the University of North Texas in Education Administration with Instructional Leadership Certification. She is certified in Special Education EC-12. She is excited to be part of Yorktown and to giving her own children an opportunity to experience a customized education.
